    Men of the Ogun State Police Command have captured a 24-year-elderly person, Badmus Folarin, for consuming the bum of a 10-year-old kid, Sunday David, for supposedly licking from a tin of tea. 

    Folarin supposedly utilized a hot blade to consume the bum of the casualty for taking from the tea, which had a place with his (Folarin's) mother. 

    The state Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi, uncovered this on Sunday in an announcement. 

    Oyeyemi clarified that the suspect dwelled on Elegushi Street, Owode-Yewa, Yewa South Local Government Area of the state. 

    The PPRO said Folarin was captured for abusing the kid, who lived with his family. 

    He stated, "The suspect was captured following a trouble call got by the DPO Owode Egbado division, Olabisi Elebutte, from a concerned neighbor. 

    "He announced through a call that they could hear a dismal cry of a kid at No 12 Elegushi Street, Owode-Yewa, ensuing whereupon the DPO nitty gritty the watch group to the scene where the little fellow was seen resting vulnerably with genuine wounds all over his body. 

    "On enquiry, it was found that the presume put a blade ablaze and when the blade was intensely hot, he applied it to the rear end of the kid, in this way delivering second degree wounds on the blameless kid.

    Oyeyemi clarified that the casualty was hurried to a private emergency clinic by the police, while the suspect was captured and confined. 

    He said the state Commissioner of Police, Kenneth Ebrimson, had requested the quick exchange of the suspect to the Anti-Human Trafficking and Child Labor Unit of the State Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department for additional examination and conceivable indictment.
