Magu Appears At Probe Panel

ABUJA — THE suspended acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ibrahim Magu has shown up at the Justice Ayo Salami-drove Presidential Panel for continuation of the examination of defilement charges against him. 

Magu, who was suspended by President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday a week ago showed up at the Old Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Abuja, where the examination is occurring about 9am. 

A few authorities from EFCC were a week ago called to show up before the test board today, while a few chiefs and sectional heads that couldn't give acceptable responses to the inquiries tossed to them a week ago were requested to return on Tuesday with applicable reports. 

The previous EFCC supervisor is confronting a 21 defilement claim brought against him by the Attorney General of the Federation, AGF and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami.
