Reopen All Churches Now; Enough Is Enough — CAN Blows Hot

The President, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), His Eminence, Rev (Dr) Samson 'Supo Ayokunle, in the interest of the affiliation, has approached all state governments that are yet to revive holy places under their watches to do so now on the grounds that the proceeded with lockdown request on the spots of love is not, at this point adequate and sensibly advocated. 

"In spite of the mandate given by the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 with respect to the re-opening of spots of love across the nation, a few states like Lagos and Ogun are yet to permit venerate places, particularly temples, to be revived. "With the abrupt rise of the coronavirus pandemic, the authority of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), at all levels, concurred with the administration on the need to shut down the spots of love, economy, schools and each other aspect of life. 

"In any case, with the reviving of the economy, particularly the business sectors (both sorted out and the chaotic markets) alongside the arrangement to revive air terminals and schools, the conclusion of places of worship anyplace in the nation is not, at this point reasonable and worthy.
